Her Story
With 20 years of diverse experience spanning government, the private sector, and civil society, Ines Nasri is recognized today as one of the most seasoned experts in economic and financial empowerment and the design of development programs with a sustainable impact. Her expertise is internationally acknowledged through her contributions to regional programs such as EU4YOUTH, EBSOMED, and CSF South.


Holding a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Management of International Organizations, she began her career in investor support before taking on the role of International Cooperation Officer within a governmental organization. She spent ten years at the Tunisian Ministry of Commerce with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, specializing in international cooperation.
She then transitioned into development consulting, collaborating with international organizations and local communities. With extensive expertise in designing and implementing business development strategies, she excels in creating effective tools for building strategic partnerships and fostering sustainable growth.
Leveraging her vast network of partnerships with leading Turkish, Indian, and international companies, Inas Nasri serves as a key strategic connector in Libya (East and West), driving market expansion, investment growth, and high-level collaborations between major economic players and entrepreneurs. With her visionary approach, she is redefining the landscape of business brokerage, positioning herself as an indispensable partner in building successful and high-impact enterprises across North Africa.

A recognized leader in training engineering and Trainer of Trainers (ToT) programs, Inès Nasri has designed and led over 20 regionally tailored training curricula, equipping more than 10,000 beneficiaries—including youth, women, civil society leaders, and government officials—with transformative skills in:

PEMA-GIZ
The PEMA Program (Promotion of Employment and Market Development in Tunisia), launched by GIZ, aims to develop job opportunities and enhance economic growth in Tunisia. The main objective of this program is to accelerate the modernization of Tunisian companies, improve their competitiveness, and open doors for them to enter international markets. The program works in collaboration with local experts and consulting firms like WeValue, offering practical steps to enhance:
- The development of skills and capabilities within Tunisian companies, enabling them to meet internationally recognized quality and management standards.
- The implementation of globalization strategies, allowing Tunisian companies to enter foreign markets effectively and sustainably.
