
Training in Community Leadership Skills for Youth – Active Citizens
Ines Nasri conducted specialized training in leadership and community cohesion for young activists as part of the Active Citizens program, funded by the British Council. This program aims to enhance the capacities of youth and youth organizations in conflict resolution and community dialogue. Through these training sessions, Ines Nasri empowered participants to develop their leadership skills and strengthen their ability to build effective communication bridges within their communities, enabling them to create a positive and sustainable impact in their local environments.

FAST Program | Women and Acceleration for Start-ups and VSEs
Through this initiative, Ines Nasri committed to supporting young female entrepreneurs in Tunisia by providing them with essential tools, resources, and mentorship to help them succeed in their ventures. The program is funded by the French Development Agency (AFD) and implemented by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.

Water and Energy for Food (WE4F)
The Water and Energy for Food (WE4F) initiative is an international collaboration involving the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the European Union (EU), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad), Sweden through the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
Full Management and Supervision of the MYSEA Program in Tunisia in Partnership with UTSS
As the CEO of Tamkeen, Ines Nasri played a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the entire MYSEA Program in Tunisia. In partnership with the Tunisian Union for Social Solidarity (UTSS), she led the implementation of training components, curriculum engineering, and pedagogical design, ensuring that the program delivered high-quality practical skills aligned with labor market demands.

Working on the AGRIPRENEUR Program with GIZ in Tunisia
Tamkeen, founded by Ines Nasri, led and managed the entire project, overseeing all phases—from designing training programs to capacity-building, mentorship, and business support. Leveraging her expertise in entrepreneurship development and skills enhancement, Tamkeen ensured the delivery of a customized and high-impact training framework that enabled participants to develop sustainable and profitable agricultural projects.

Tamkin Africa Hub Program
In response to the challenges posed by irregular migration from Sub-Saharan Africa to Tunisia, Ines Nasri launched the Tamkin Africa Hub program—an innovative initiative aimed at training and empowering African student association leaders in Tunisia as facilitators in community dialogue.
Training of Trainers Using Coaching Tools
More than 1,200 certified facilitators in Tunisia, Libya, Senegal, Egypt, and Jordan have benefited from the training programs offered by Ines Nasri. Her unique and professional approach enables participants to harness collective intelligence, guide teams toward creative solutions, and foster constructive dialogue in diverse environments.
